Refunds and Returns
Resolve Photographic Services Inc. does not accept returns or exchanges unless the items are deemed to be defective by the manufacturer.
All sales for consumables (including but not limited to paper sheets and paper rolls) are final sale.
Please note that cotton seeds and other slight blemishes are considered within tolerance by Resolve Photographic Services Inc. and the paper manufacturers. We will not accept a return based on cotton seeds or other slight imperfections in the paper stock.
Special Order purchases are final sale.

Damaged Product
Please notify us within three business days of receipt. Please keep all original shipping packaging and document any damage immediately.
Wrong Product
That’s our bad. Please email us so we can fix it.
